Easy alphabet lesson plan by having a tour of your home.
Gather the materials.
Help your child write the letters of the alphabet (in upper and/or lowercase) on the index cards, putting one letter on each card.
Mix up the cards then pick a room in your home to start with — the living room, kitchen, or bedroom work well. Walk around the room, and identify
as many objects starting with the same letter in the selected area. For example, ‘Couch’ begins with the letter C. ‘Table’ begins with the letter T.”
